Juliano Ayres

Juliano Ayres is the director of Fundecitrus, an association for citrus growers and juice manufacturers from the Brazilian state of São Paulo. He has extensive experience in the coordination of research work focused on the management and control of citrus diseases and pests. Juliano joined Fundecitrus in 1997 after working as a development engineer and technical coordinator at Citrosuco, where he helped citrus growers make the connection between research and technology transfer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and a Master’s in Plant Science from the University of São Paulo.
