John Golding

John Golding is a Research Scientist with the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI). He works with industry to improve the quality and outturns of Australian citrus. John runs the Citrus Postharvest Program, a levy-funded project under Hort Innovation’s Citrus Fund. He has been working in market access and postharvest storage for over 20 years and has published over 100 international research papers in postharvest and food science.
