John Chavarria is the owner of Nova Fruits, an international consultancy specialising in all aspects of citrus production and packing. John has worked in the citrus sector for 35 years and has been involved with the Australian citrus industry since 1993. He holds a Masters in Citrus from the University of Valencia, Spain.
