The Riverland growing region, located in South Australia, is the third largest citrus growing region in Australia, with 5, 518 hectares of planted citrus, contributing 20 per cent of Australia's commercial citrus industry.*

The main citrus varieties grown are navels (predominately Washington), mandarins (Imperial and Afourer) and Valencia oranges.
Major towns within the Riverland include Renmark, Berri, Loxton and Waikerie.
