There will be no shortage of networking opportunities at the Australian Citrus Congress, with a program of adjacent events planned.

 

AGM & Welcome Event

The 2024 Citrus Australia AGM will be held on 5 March, which will be followed by an official Welcome Event. Only registered Citrus Australia members and/or contributing levy payers can attend the AGM.

All Congress attendees are invited to join the Welcome Event. Citrus Australia’s Grower Members will receive two free tickets per company to the Welcome Event, while Premium Affiliate members will receive one free ticket. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive tickets as per their entitlements. Additional tickets can be purchased at the cost price of $140 per ticket.

Gala Dinner

Outstanding achievements across the industry will be recognised at the Congress Gala Dinner on 6 March, which will feature the presentation of Citrus Australia’s annual awards.

The Gala Dinner is included in the cost of delegates’ tickets, while additional tickets can be purchased via the registration form.

Study Tour

An optional Study Tour will be held on Monday 4 March. The tour will take in the Bundaberg Research Station and local farms to learn about the Australian Citrus Breeding program.

Study Tour participants must make their own way to Bundaberg. The tour will commence at 8am on Monday 4 March. A bus will transport participants to the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort at the conclusion of the day.
