On 1 March, Citrus Australia is holding a pre-season meeting for Queensland growers at Gayndah.
The meeting is an opportunity for growers to prepare for the 2018 season and learn the latest on their obligations as employers and the Horticulture Code of Conduct.
A mix of experts from across the industry will share their expertise on crop protection products, quality assurance compliance and soil biology. NSW Department of Primary Industry’s new Mandarin Production Manual will also be shared.
In the afternoon growers will be invited to join a tour of a nearby orchard for some on-orchard tips.
