Export registrations open soon for 2021

17 September 2020

Packing houses wishing to export citrus to protocol markets are required to register annually using the Citrus Australia on-line export system.

Applications open 1 October and close 31 October 2020 for the 2021 citrus season.

Packing houses wishing to export citrus to Korea, China, Thailand in 2021 are required to select fruit from orchards registered using the Citrus Australia on-line export system.

KCT grower orchard on-line applications will open 1 November 2020 and close 18 December 2020; growers will be notified via the Citrus Australia Tree Census emails.

Growers are required to complete the 2020 Citrus Tree Census on-line form first and enter YES for registering for export for Korea, China, Thailand in the relevant box before saving.

This triggers the KCT application email with a link and instructions on how to complete the on-line orchard application.

Maps need to be uploaded into the export registration system by 18 December to allow crop monitors access to critical information.

As a minimum, maps:

  • must be legible
  • must outline all KCT blocks/orchards
  • must include road names
  • must include block identifiers as they appear on the KCT orchard application

If growers or packers have not received their season open email (after checking the Junk folder), please email registrations@citrusaustralia.com.au or contact Nicole Zerveas on 0499 044 111.
