Applicant Declaration

By submitting this application form, I declare that:
(a) I agree to be bound by the Constitution of Citrus Australia (as amended from time to time);
(b) I agree to pay membership fees each financial year, in accordance with the Constitution;
(c) I undertake to contribute to Citrus Australia’s property, if the company is wound-up, to a maximum amount of $10, pursuant to the Constitution;
(d) I agree to provide complete and accurate information to Citrus Australia, to enable calculation of the membership fee payable each year;
(e) I warrant that all information contained in this application form is complete and accurate;
